I am a certified teacher and coach by Pax, the company that created the Queen's Code workshop, former Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women. I have studied both men and women, feminine and masculine characteristics present in all of us. My focus is on "empowering ourselves". When I teach and coach women, I look at eight basic areas. On the first call, we do a coaching consultation, and define what areas will be applicable and how long I need to work with you. If I do not think I can help you, I will refund the cost of the consultation. If I can help you, the call is the first part of your program, there, we will define which topics to explore and how many sessions we need to cover what you need. Topic areas: Nurturing and bringing up our best selves: Every woman has her default worst, her go-to-awful. If we can identify it, own it, we can prevent the worst in ourselves to come out and we eventually can learn to nurture our best selves. Collaborating effectively with others and other women in particular: We women don't like talking much about it, but often times we have bad experiences working with other women. Female competition can be brutal, life sucking and it ends professional relationships and precious friendships. When we understand the mechanics and the cause of this kind of competition, we can prevent it and create an environment where magic can happen - a space of empowerment and collaboration. Defining our value, finding what is the way of our contribution: When we don't know our value and that who we are matter, all we have is ever more sophisticated forms of anesthesia and entertainment. Identify yours and use them purposefully, but mostly design a life around the difference you make just by being you. Taming the Beast within: Our own worst enemy lies within, constantly comparing, criticizing and commanding us to change, improve and perfect. Tame that beast! Being conscious about and leveraging our physicality: As we get older, we get serious... in some cases even before that... we even forget we have a body and that our body is our teacher. How do we fill our tanks to have energy and feel radiant in the world? How do we use physicality, our bodies as they are to empower ourselves? Embracing our feminine power: Learning the difference between anger and feminine fire power of enlightened destruction. Increasing our power to contribute and create: Increasing the potency of one's will and using the mind's ability to picture and envision to create what's wanted instead of what's dreaded. Practicing Extreme Honor: Every woman has needs that we cannot justify yet they make us feel whole, beautiful, safe, powerful, etc. Find out what happens when those needs are honored. How I work? We schedule a consultation coaching call. This call will range from 30 to 60 min. I will ask you questions about what you want to accomplish or the particular aspects of life you want to work on. At the end of the conversation, we will find out if we have affinity and whether I can help you or not. If I can help you, I will design a specific program for you and let you know duration of the program (between 2 and 16 hours). The program may include topic teaching, coaching, exercises. Some movement and meditation recommendations or exercises may be part of the program. If I cannot help you, I will let you know and will refund your consultation fee. You can reserve a consultation call buy clicking on the "Buy Now" button below - the consultation session is exploratory so we can discuss what will make a difference for you. This session is offered at a discount rate.
